In November, 15 homes sold in the Brunswick Maine housing market. This was a 15% increase from last month at this time, although it was the same as November 2010. With a median price point of 189K, homes in the town of Brunswick depreciated year over year by 2%. The average number of days on the market for homes sold in November in Brunswick was 27 – a 74% yearly drop.
