In the month of January, just 5 residential real estate sales were made in Bath Maine. This is a 17% decrease in the number of homes sold compared to the previous month. It is, however, an increase in sales volume compared to last January, 2011. At 76 the average number of days on the market has decreased month over month. The median price was 165K down 6% from homes sold in Bath Maine in last January.

In January 2012, a total of just 6 homes were sold in the town of Freeport ME. This was 14% lower when compared to the number of sales that occurred in the January of the previous year. The number of sales for January 2012 was identical to December 2011. Freeport homes sold at a median price point of 279K, a 74% yearly gain. The average number of days on the market for Freeport homes was 117 – up from last month.
